Endoscopic furnace flame thermal imaging monitoring system

The system diagram is shown in Figure 1, which is mainly composed of a control computer and input and output devices. The video signal collected by the industrial TV is sent to the control computer through a dedicated video cable, converted into a grayscale signal value through a high-speed video acquisition card, and then the flame temperature is calculated using a monochrome method based on reference temperature measurement, and finally converted into a pseudo-color cloud map for display; the radiation energy signal extracted from the flame image is output to the industrial monitoring system by the data acquisition card. The system is equipped with a flame TV camera remote control module to automatically adjust the camera shutter setting to ensure the normal use of the system under different load conditions.
