◆The drum water level gauge is installed on the upper drum of the boiler, and the camera probe is installed near the water level gauge. The high ambient temperature, dust and vibration must be overcome. This system uses a double-layer sealed anti-corrosion stainless steel protective cover, a stable bracket and nearby installation measures to reduce the impact of vibration. Key components such as cameras and lenses are screened at high temperatures. The working temperature is increased, and the fan cooling is automatically started only when the ambient temperature is high in summer. Ventilation is carried out in the interlayer and will not pollute the lens. (External compressed air cooling is available)
◆The scale indication of the water level gauge requires auxiliary lighting at night. Ordinary lighting will affect the contrast of the water level gauge. The specially designed shading protective cover can prevent strong light from irradiating the water level gauge light column and improve the image contrast. The lighting inside the protective cover is dedicated to scale lighting, so that the scales on both sides of the water level gauge light column are clearly visible 24 hours a day.
Corner design, this design is designed by Yiji based on actual on-site experience. Most of the display scales of the drum water level gauges are parallel to the boiler walkway. At this time, the use of traditional straight sealing covers will become an obstacle to the boiler walkway and affect the normal inspection and maintenance of the boiler top. Yiji has specially designed a corner sealing cover for this purpose. The corner of the sealing cover adopts an arc elastic design and a built-in optical prism. The actual monitoring angle can be adjusted according to the angle between the water level gauge and the boiler walkway. Under the premise of not affecting the normal inspection and maintenance of the boiler top, the back-end performs signal mirroring processing to present a perfect drum water level monitoring picture.
