Endoscopic high-temperature furnace flame monitoring system

General functional characteristics

◆The YIJISH-NK500 high temperature furnace flame monitoring system integrated with imported components includes high temperature resistant sapphire probe assembly, automatic exit protection system, power and signal transmission, terminal display and other parts.

◆The pinhole lens technology is used to make the probe's peek window very small, and it is designed as a wind-gathering outlet, so that the outlet wind speed is extremely fast, the gas consumption is extremely small, and it is not easy to coke. Because it is equipped with multiple precision oil-water separation systems, the whole set of equipment has low requirements for cooling air sources, and can use oil-containing air compressor air sources (oil, water, sediment, or large wind pressure fluctuations will not affect the use).

◆Ensure that there is no strong light interference in the flames of various parts of the boiler, and no cross-image will be generated even under high load operation. In this way, the area, brightness, and incoming material of the flame can be clearly seen, and the operating personnel can be assisted to adjust various operating parameters so that the furnace can operate smoothly, safely and economically. Avoid strong light interference and cross-image phenomenon caused by high load, which affects the image quality.

◆The pinhole imaging optical path is essentially aberration-free and has excellent image quality. There is no need to use a complex optical system to eliminate aberrations, which not only saves manufacturing costs but also improves the overall temperature resistance of the lens. The lens length can exceed 1.1 meters and the field of view can be greater than 93 degrees.

◆When the sapphire lens temperature is greater than or equal to 1800℃ and the camera temperature is greater than or equal to 65℃, the system automatically exits the camera probe, and can realize centralized control and local two-way advance and retreat control.

◆We use scandium alloy composite materials for heat-bearing parts such as protective covers and prefabricated pipes. The front part of the probe cover is cast in one step. When the external wall temperature is lower than 300℃, no external water cooling system is required, and installation and construction are relatively convenient.

◆The high-temperature flame monitoring equipment can be connected to the DCS system, and the multiple operation modes of software and hardware facilitate operation and maintenance.

◆The probe protective cover assembly is made of composite high-temperature resistant titanium alloy stainless steel. The external peephole diameter is 3-5mm. It is corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant. Compressed air is used for forced cooling and blowing inside to protect the camera and lens.
