Visualized full-life intelligent power plant management system

Visualization concept and application

"Up" visualization
Plant and equipment are the core assets of power generation enterprises. By using 3D modeling software or 3D laser scanning, the physical dimensions and shapes of the plant, equipment and its components are modeled inside and outside, and the internal and external visualization of the equipment are run in a 3D engine environment, and the machine interaction is realized, so that the high-precision physical appearance of the entire plant, all equipment and operation and maintenance personnel can be dynamically monitored.

"Down" visualization
Realize computer graphical management of underground pipe networks (water supply and drainage parts), and establish the association and mutual access between the three-dimensional mathematical model of pipelines and database information. According to the regulations of power companies, different display colors and symbols are used to distinguish and represent different objects. Visual management of underground pipe networks can be realized by installing monitoring devices or connecting with existing monitoring systems.

"Internal" visualization
Condition monitoring and fault diagnosis require visual management of each component model of the equipment, and associate it with the corresponding status data and process data, and implement the objects of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis to the component level. This not only vividly reflects the accuracy and predictability, but also presents the process of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis in a visual way, and realizes the interactive display of the three-dimensional model of the equipment structure and the data of the expert diagnosis system.

"External" visualization
"Surgical" visualization is applied to equipment maintenance and operation guidance, and the three-dimensional models of equipment and components are converted into three-dimensional interactive data one by one with drawings and "Operation Instructions" and other document data, realizing dynamic maintenance training and operation guidance.
